Common questions

What is a token?

A token is a unit of automation work. Light tasks consume few tokens; heavier ones (deep research, long browsing sessions, large enrichment batches) consume more. You always see the running cost on each job before approving it.

How do you decide what each step costs?

Cost is metered per step from real provider usage, not estimated up front. Browsing-heavy steps scale with how long the agent has to navigate; lightweight lookups are flat-rate. The number you see in the chat is the actual debit, not a forecast.

What happens when I run out of tokens?

The current job stops at the next safe boundary and prompts you to top up or upgrade. Steps that already finished are kept and their results stay available. No partial step is debited.

Do unused tokens roll over?

Plan tokens reset each billing cycle. Top-up tokens never expire and stay on your account until used. When a job runs, plan tokens are spent first; top-ups only kick in once the plan bucket is empty.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get the new monthly token allowance prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle so you don't lose tokens you already paid for.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings, Billing, then Manage subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which you drop back to the free tier. Top-up tokens remain available either way.

What if my card fails?

We retry the charge a few times over several days. If it still fails, the subscription enters a past-due state and jobs pause until the payment method is updated. We will email the billing owner before anything is suspended.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription charges are refundable within 7 days of payment if no jobs were run on the new cycle. Top-up tokens are refundable for the unused portion only. Email support and we will sort it out.

Is there an annual or invoiced option for larger teams?

Yes. Annual billing is available on every paid plan from the toggle above (20 percent off). For invoiced billing, custom seats, or volume discounts, contact support and we will set it up.

Who can manage billing for my company?

Billing actions (changing plan, opening the customer portal, buying top-ups) are restricted to one designated billing owner per company. Other members can use the product normally but cannot move money. The owner can be transferred from Settings.

How is my data handled?

Your data is yours. Inputs and results stay in your workspace and are not used to train any model. Job artifacts (CSV exports, scraped pages) are retained for as long as your account is active and removed on deletion. We use third-party providers for browsing and search; queries to those providers do not include your account identity.

Do free trial tokens expire?

Yes, free-trial tokens expire when the 14-day window ends. If you upgrade before the trial ends, any unused trial tokens roll forward into your first paid cycle.
